We were looking to develop a more structured and intentional website, with stronger UX guiding how visitors interact with our content. They handled UX planning, design iterations, and full development of the site. This included restructuring navigation, refining page layouts, etc.
What made this project feel a bit different was how iterative it became. We did not lock everything upfront, there were a few rounds where we would revisit earlier sections after seeing how the rest of the site was coming together. I remember one instance where we had to rethink part of the navigation because it felt too layered, and that adjustment took a bit longer than expected.
