Search for Your Company Profile
Begin by searching for your company on ITProfiles using the search bar or go to search. Simply type in your company name and browse the results.
Locate and Select Your Company
Once you find your company profile, click on it. If your company is not listed, you may need to create a new profile by following the instructions on that page.
Click 'Claim Profile'
On your company profile page, click the "Claim Profile" button. This action will start the process to confirm that you are authorized to manage this profile.
Verify Your Identity
Enter your details and verify your identity using a work email associated with the company. This helps us ensure that only authorized representatives can claim the profile. You will receive an email with a verification link - click the link to proceed.
Please note that if you sign up using Google or LinkedIn, the "Claim Your Company" link will not work, as a work email is required to proceed.
Complete Company Information
You may notice that our system has gathered publicly available information about your company. After verification, you’ll be asked to complete or update information about your company. Provide accurate and up-to-date details to increase the visibility of your profile.
Wait for Approval
Our team will manually review your claim request. This process typically takes 1-2 business days. Once approved, you’ll be notified via email, and you will have full access to manage your profile.
Verification is distinct from claiming your profile. A verified company receives higher priority in search rankings compared to a claimed profile, just as a claimed profile ranks higher than an unclaimed one.
A verified profile enhances your company's credibility, improves visibility in search rankings, and builds trust with potential clients. Upload Documents
You can upload these documents directly through the verification section of your company profile on ITProfiles. Ensure that the documents are clear and legible to avoid delays in the verification process.
Email Verification Documents
Alternatively, you can email your documents to our verification team at hello [at] itprofiles.com. Make sure to include your company name and profile link in the email for quicker processing.
Await Verification Confirmation
Once submitted, our team will manually verify the details provided. We aim to complete this verification process promptly, and you will receive a confirmation email once it's done.
