Typically two to four weeks from the first call to an engineer working inside your team. We keep a bench of vetted senior people, so we can usually present candidate profiles within a few days of agreeing the role and seniority you need. For a full project team with design and QA, allow three to five weeks for kick-off.

Time and Materials by default, with transparent daily rates per role and seniority and no hidden fees. You pay for the hours actually worked and can scale the team up or down with notice. For well-defined scopes we can also work to a fixed price, and for longer engagements we agree a monthly retainer with a committed capacity.

Our people are based in Hungary and across Eastern Europe, and we work across CET, EET, GMT, EST, CST, MST and PST. European clients get full overlap; for North American clients we agree a shifted schedule so there are several hours of live overlap every day, plus written handover for the rest.

Rollout IT tracks fit closely during the first weeks of an engagement. If a developer is not the right match, we replace them promptly at no extra cost, drawing on our senior engineer network so the transition does not slow your project down.

Yes. Our Try and Hire model lets you work with a developer on a trial basis first, and if it is a good match you can convert them to a direct, permanent hire with no lock-in and no conversion penalty.
