IMT CDL is an AICTE approved institution that offers PGDM (Post Graduation Diploma in Management) Programmes through distance learning. There are many specializations that IMT CDL is offering. The major three programmes are Two year PGDM Programme, PGDM Executive Programme, One year PGCM programme. Other than that it also provides Proficiency Certificate programmes in Management in five specializations and several other Management Development Programmes as per corporate requirements.

• PGDM – Two Year Programme: This two-year course consists of four-semester and facilitates the candidates with firm analytical & logical skills. The course helps to enhance the ability of leadership behavior along with critical thinking.  By using decision-making techniques, it teaches professionalism and teamwork. Conduct analysis and evaluation of ethical dilemmas that may arise at any levels of business.
• PGDM (Executive) – 15 Months: This 15 months executive programme is a career booster for developing both professional and personal administrators. By taking this course, one can develop leadership qualities with a fostered learning attitude. Performing estimation and evaluation of ethical quandaries that may occur at any level of the business is also a part of this course.
  • PGDM (Executive) In Finance: The Executive PGDM programme in finance from IMT CDL is 15 month long and focuses on financial management. 
  • PGDM (Executive) In Marketing: The Executive PGDM programme in finance from IMT CDL is 15 month long and focuses on marketing management.
  • PGDM (Executive) In Operations: The Executive PGDM programme in finance from IMT CDL is 15 month long and focuses on operation management.

This 13 months programme doesn’t only enhance the managerial skills, but also enables to achieve leadership ability.

  • Proficiency Certificate Programme In Financial Management: This certificate course by IMT CDL is ideal for short-time learning. It enables the understanding of several financial concepts. This is a six-month course that includes lessons on the financial market and the understanding of financial services. The course enlightens the candidates on the analytical skill of several financial statements along with examining financial securities and managing derivatives.
  • Proficiency Certificate Programme In Human Resource Management: This six month programme enables a candidate to analyze and execute various concepts of human resource management. A key part of the course is the application of performance management frameworks, which analyze the relationship between HR management & business strategy.  Corporate application of designing and managing compensation policies is also a part of this course along with execution & evaluation of training programmes.
  • Proficiency Certificate Programme In Marketing Management: Another certificate course of IMT CDL that helps to boost one’s career from various disciplines. This is a basic certificate course for entry-level and mid-level specialists. This six months of certificate programme includes an evaluation of core factors to estimate consumer behaviour, understanding of an efficient demand & supply network and learning the behaviour of the digital clients to build an effective content management strategy among the target audience.
