Envision Estonia, a small yet mighty nation, acclaimed for boasting the world’s highest number of tech unicorns per capita and as the birthplace of Skype. Within this vibrant ecosystem, Coursy.io took flight, emerging as an innovative solution for businesses around the world.

In 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic upended traditional employee training, leaving companies scrambling to find makeshift solutions. Identifying the universal demand for effective employee learning, three software companies in Estonia collaborated to develop the first version of Coursy for a top Baltic retailer.

Introducing Coursy’s dynamic trio: a corporate training expert, a product designer, and a master of andragogy. Motivated by the untapped potential of the initial product, they embarked on a six-month quest to transform Coursy into a standalone venture, culminating in the successful launch of Coursy Technology OÜ.
