Wherefore is a branding agency headquartered in Singapore with additional offices in Bandung and Bangkok. The studio works with organisations across Southeast Asia and beyond to build, refresh and reposition brands through strategy, visual identity and storytelling.

Unlike agencies that begin with visual execution, Wherefore starts with why. The team focuses on uncovering the real intent behind a brand or project before translating it into logos, messaging systems, environmental design and video. This approach produces identities and experiences that feel coherent and purposeful rather than decorative.

Core services include brand strategy, brand identity and rebranding, brand experience (signage, wayfinding, exhibition and retail environments), and video production & animation. Clients range from government agencies and educational institutions to financial services, sports organisations and technology companies. Selected work includes projects for Netball Singapore, Lifelong Learning Singapore, Chinese Development Assistance Council and others.

Wherefore is a Practising Management Consultant (PMC) certified by the Singapore Business Advisors & Consultants Council. This accreditation allows Singapore-registered companies to access government grants such as the Enterprise Development Grant for branding and strategy projects, with co-funding of up to 50% on qualifying costs.
