However, if your needs are very novel, ultra-fast innovation, or have complex custom or regulatory demands (including global presence), you will want to precisely scope out what parts of Apollo’s system will fit vs what requires custom extension; get references; and ensure support, performance, and costs are tightly defined up front.

Advantages

Disadvantages

• Potential for Slower Innovation / Legacy Constraints- Long-standing ERP systems often carry legacy architecture. For clients wanting bleeding-edge tech, very high performance, modern UI/UX innovation, or ultra-modular microservices, there may be constraints in how fast or far Apollo can evolve. (Implicit from maturity and past ERP history) 
• Limited Transparency of Case Metrics & References- Though Apollo claims many clients and long experience, there seem to be few publicly available quantitative case studies (e.g. % improvement in throughput, cost savings) that can be vetted. For a client, this means more risk unless you can get internal references.
